Monday:

Soup: Roasted corn chowder

Main and side dishes: Garlic-herb roasted pork loin, rotisserie-style chicken, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, steamed broccoli, green beans, vegetable medley

Spice of life: Sweet and sour chicken; sides: fried rice, egg roll

Dessert/bread: Brownie, dinner roll

Tuesday:

Soup:  Broccoli and cheese

Main and side dishes: Broccoli pasta carbonara, chicken milan with orzo pasta, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, Spanish “red” rice, rutabagas, fried okra, vegetable medley

Spice of life: Taco salad; sides: nacho chips, fresh fruit salad

Dessert/bread: Banana foster bread pudding, Mexican corn muffin

Wednesday:

Soup:  Chicken and rice

Main and side dishes: Roast beef with au jus, vegetable pad Thai (chicken), macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, white rice, lima beans, baked spinach, seasoned cabbage

Spice of life: Flatbread; sides: BLT salad, fresh fruit salad

Dessert/bread: Apple crisp, dinner roll

Thursday:

Soup: Minestrone

Main and side dishes: Latin rub-roasted pork loin, red beans and rice with chicken and sausage, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, white rice, orange-glazed carrots, buttered corn, harvest beets

Spice of life: Shrimp po boy; sides: homemade potato chips, pasta salad

Dessert/bread: Blueberry buckle dessert, bacon corn muffin

Friday:

Soup:  Seafood chowder 

Main and side dishes: Fish almondine, pasta primavera, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, yellow squash with onion, carrot soufflé, vegetable medley

Spice of life: Chicken salad on Texas toast; sides: kettle potato chips, broccoli salad

Dessert/bread: Banana pudding, garlic dinner roll
